This is a dangerous scam in which the U.S. Customs and Border Protection of Homeland Security has issued a warning letter. These calls they say are attempts using multiple phished numbers to defraud U.S. Resident call recipients of personal identity and financial identities. Do Not answer or directly hang up one's phone on calls from these scammers, they advise, then report calls to both local police departments and the FTC.
These Dursunbeytarim scammers calls me multiple times a week and even on weekends on a wide array of phished and stolen phone numbers. They just won't give up calling.
