They called with the same general message as stated above. I called Cigna directly using the Customer Service # on my card. She said it was a legitimate reminder that my "prescription is ready for refill". Cigna has never called me before about this. I requested my name be removed from their call list. Lady on phone was difficult to communicate with in English.

"Brian" has identical voice to "Joel/Josh"...slow talking, real (fake) friendly... Says "we" (you, I, anyone) talked recently about mortgage rates... blah blah. NO WE HAVE NEVER TALKED. Liar and scumbag scammer. Blocked.
