Robokiller says it is Capitol Recovery. For this number, it says it has a positive reputation. Other numbers on Robokiller say it has a negative reputation. I, for one, can say they abuse the number of times in a day they call. They are calling about taxes, medical bills, or some other stuff which I don't owe. They have been told but keep calling. I block them, and they call from another number.

Robocaller says this is Capitol Recovery. According to them, they have a bad reputation. Another reverse lookup does not know who it is but believes they are spoofing or phishing and advises to be very cautious.

Unknown left no msg, no caller ID. Checked number, number not in service. Getting a lot of these calls and they will be blocked

Caller stated they had a package and a certified check to send me wanted my address!!! Stated it wasn’t on my resume.

Robocaller claims to know that I have been in an auto accident, with compensation still pending. When you try to call the number back, you get a Number Not In Service message
