From Sunderland, kept phoning repeatedly, asking us to change gas and electric, and she was too dim to understand me.

They asked questions about switching. This was unsolicited.

Unwanted and unsolicited marketing calls

Have aggressive call centre in South Shields working for them to try to get people to switch to ESB Energy. They phone from the number 01916910308 and target vulnerable people, that number doesn't accept return calls but an automated message confirms they have phoned from ESB Energy and will phone back if you missed their call. They also give an option to leave a message stating your name and number if you don't want any further calls but their voicemail box is full so it doesn't accept any further messages. If you phone 0345 6070372 it goes through to a call centre in Ireland who have nothing to do with the thugs operating on their behalf in South Shields.

Ring everyday leaving a voice message also use several different numbers

Call me several times per day!!!! Despite me saying not interested. I just cut off call as soon as they ring now.

They keep calling me from this number and similar numbers so blocking them is impossible. They’re calling several times a day from a new slightly differenr number each day.

Company has been hounding me for the past month.
