Cormmarket insurance, usually call for renewal your current insurance

I just received this call. Telling me they were a mortgage company ringing about my experience with my NCT test..which doesn't make any sense. I am annoyed that they have my name, I should have said it was not the correct number. Any idea what this is about? what do they have to gain from the call, I just told them I wasn't interested?

Came up on my phone with caller ID "Belfast" I'm in the Rep of Ireland - dont know the number didnt answer. I can see from all the posts here its well dodgy.

unable to call back this number. cannot find any info of it online

Called 3 days in a row, I did not answer as I am not expecting a call from this region. They do not leave voicemail and only let the phone ring 2-3 times before hanging up. I suspect its a scam caller.

I've had 2 missed calls from this number.. They haven't left a voicemail and I am not expecting a call.

Claimed to be doing survey for NCT (national car test in Republic of Ireland). Said his name was James McCraken and was working for Price Waterhouse Cooper in Belfast. Northern accent. Got nervous when I started asking him questions and quickly ended call. Definitely a scam.

Knew my name alos nothern irish accent said he was from an international servey group?? seems dodgy...

Asked me to confirm name for DPA they knew my name, Northern Ireland accent, hung up and when phoning back its an engaged tone.

Thought it was dodgy when this number only let it ring 3-4 times then hung up . Have heard alot recently about scams involving foreign numbers that get you to ring them back & then steal your credit . Suspect this to be something similiar . Beware

Person asking if I could hear him several times. Seems very scammy. Been calling for weeks. Not possible to call back.

scam call

This number calls me every day for the last 3 days. When I answer it hangs up. It's odd since I don't live in the UK, so this must cost them some money

Keep ringing me everyday 3-6 times

called 2nd time since yesterday, just when I went abroad!

Got the same email and just got off the phone with this guy Timothy Reynolds. He said he was an attorney in London, but very doubtful. His accent is very thick and he is definitely not a citizen of the UK. All the emails he sent me seemed to be from a scam artist. I am an attorney in Califonia and could somehow tell I was dealing with a crook, although one wants to believe they are getting some long lost inheritance. He said this was an uncle of my grandfather named Mark!!! I just played along, with him, but all I did was search his UK number and I found this websit. Unbelieveable!!! All I can say is if it sounds too good to be true....it is.

Caller: Timothy Reynolds

Yeah I just got an email from "Timothy Reynolds" as well, same story, deceased relative and what not.

I am Timothy Reynolds, attorney to late Mr. Mark (my-last-name) who passed away in an automobile accident in London alongside his immediate family members in April 2002. He left behind an investment bond of about £3.8 Million British Pounds with a finance company here in the United Kingdom before his death. I have in my possession legal documents that could give you the legal rights for the claim. Send me your thoughts about this mail so that we can get started with the process.

Sincerely,

Timothy Reynolds
