They keep calling my work about an old employee. I called back and said he was fired 1.5 years ago. The guy yelled and hung up on me. How do these people sleep at night.

They have been calling off and on for months. I blocked their number but then they did the ole *67 trick to bypass their blocked number. So I have taken it to the next level. I now have a feature that will not allow calls that show up as 'Private Caller" or "Unknown Name, Unknown Number"!! FREE AT LAST!!!

These people are bottom feeders. They called me trying to collect on a debt from 7 years ago for $ 200.00. I told them I have no intention of paying a debt that was 7 years old and not even on my credit report. They kept saying it's on my credit report and will stay on for 15 years. I told them in a nice calm voice that in the Province of Ontario a company that's owed money has 2 years from the date of last activity to start legal action in court to try and collect. He became very rude, and said he will keep calling everyday until I pay the debt and he said he will call my family, my boss and my friends. I then told him in a polite voice that he's only allowed to call 3 times a week, and if he attempts to call anybody else about any debt he will be sued, and the company will be sued for releasing private information to a third party.

Bottom line is that if you are nice to them, it really pisses them off, and never pay a cent for a debt that's 2 years plus old because if you do the clock resets and they can go after you in court.

Calls about someone I don't know and wont stop.

Had a message - urgent that we call back in regards to Henry Patenaude file #1278543 and ext 229. I asked what it was about. Asked if I new the person, said may be my husband's brother. The persona asked if he was born in 1925 - that would make him 89 years old. Told him NO then the phone call ended.

Action Collections calling regarding a Cash Store loan i took out many years ago...told them once the lawsuits are done on these companies for overcharging more than the 100% on their loans they could call me back to get money...cash advance stores are illegal to begin with....they call 2-3 times a day leave message blah blah blah....
