Too frequent of calls, with a recorded message. When I follow the instructions on what buttons to push, the recording then responds with my insurance does not authorize at this time. I or if I do get a live person, I can't understand what they are saying, speaking English but not understandable. These calls are out of control!!! BLOCK

These annoying and erroneous robo calls from Apria Health Care are repeated over the past few weeks to both my landline and cellphone (both numbers are on do not call list)
they often call several times a day with the same message: recorded message says we have an outstanding balance and asking for us to call back with a credit card number. Please advise us. Thank you.

Apria health care. They start calling with robo calls and on weekends before my bill is even due. the girls that call from Oregon and ask for your details.Just want your credit card numbers and will say Anything to get it.

I received 28 calls since 5/9/19. No one speaks when I answer my phone & wait 5-10 minutes to hear someone. When I redial the # on my caller ID, I get a foreign accent woman insisting she can't look up "my account" to determine why I'm getting anonymous calls UNLESS I PROVIDE her with my FULL NAME, DATE of BIRTH, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER & SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Oh hell no, I'm not ignorant or retarded. I refused & said I report calls like this to the FTC for fraudulent attempts to gain access to my personal information. Both women say they can't look up "my account" with my phone # on their caller ID. One slipped up & said she has my phone # & name but I must provide my personal info to "confirm my identity. She has no reply for me getting 28 calls with no one speaking to me since 5/9/19. NEVER GIVE YOUR PERSONSAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE!!!!!

These people call so often I can't get any peace. There is a law that states you can not call but once a month. This call is demanding money. I do not own any money. They were cut off from any services to me in 2018 and told we would not be using them again. They think they can do what ever Apria says. I don't do business with then so I know longer owe APRIA ANYTHING

Calls come in for Oxygen Tank Delivery Next day, then I wait up to 10 days from the call that says "Tomorrow". They do not honor their word. M-Tank left unusable and or empty for weeks at a time while they charge for it. Find Another Reputable Company and run from this one! Apria NOT Trustworthy, NOT honorable.

Constant calls, annoying.

This is not really Apria calling as I have spoken to the real company many times so I know the correct valid phone number.

1st call was a robo call saying I owed money but when I called the Apria number it said I owed zero dollars. Called me the next day and wanted me to verify certain information before they would tell me what the call was about.. I told them no that they called me and I wasn't providing them any information in this day of identify theft and that I know I don't anything. After they still didn't get the message that I wasn't going to give them any information I just hung up on them.

They called once and I didn't pick up. I looked up the number and saw it was from Apria. They called back and I answered. It is a recorded call stating that they will be servicing my oxygen on a certain day and you have to push a button to let them know if that is okay or not. This is an oxygen company that I do deal with and is legit.

Calling for support for firefighters

stop calling my landline in florida with that annoying beeping noise every time you answer and say hello....can't hear nothing but a beeping noise..next you'll hear from my lawyer.

Repeated spam calls

Annoying! Apria Healthcare just wants to sell more stuff and charge insurance. I DON'T WANT IT!!! I finally blocked the number but see that they call once or twice a day, every day.

Received call from 213-262-0556 requesting info such as phone number they had called in on, zip code, birth date. They said something about a bill and I told them I had not used them for anything in the last 2 years.
Total scam!

They called cell phone and wanted year of my date of birth to update their system. I believe in order to bill for any medical equipment at all you need the patient's full date of birth in order to run it through your insurance. Total Scam.
