They call continuously, including weekends. They threaten or attempt to intimidate they have a certified letter to serve at home or employment that will require 2 forms of ID. Sometimes they mention a name, sometimes not. My other caller ID app names them as Astra Collection Agency. They never mention their company name or whom they represent. One caller has a foreign accent. Another says his name is Riley Cooper.

I was expecting a call and answered without checking Caller ID. He had a heavy accent and he knew my name, but mispronounced it. When I asked what it was regarding, he said "it was a personal business matter." I told him "wrong number" and hung up. My phone shows several calls from the same number so I've blocked it. I noticed many comments that this is a company named Astra, a phony debt collector.

Caller ID says "ASTRA BUSINESS". They left no message. Apparently, Astra Business Services is a "Professional Receivables Management" organization. Cool name for a Collection agency, huh? Nuisance call. They hung up immediately. This call was made without regard to number being on DO NOT CALL list. Seems some illegal activity attempt by the entity initiating the call. At the least it is outrageous harrasment.

This number has been calling frequently. I looked it up on the web it said they were Humana then it said it was some Business Solutions. They leave a voicemail using your first name concerning a case number demanding you call them back today. This is not a law firm they are lying about their business name. I don't have any debt so it couldn't be a collector.
