They called me saying they needed more information before they could ship my order. When I called, they said they had a referral from my doctor for upper back pain. I made no order with them, and my doctor's office made no referral to them. I feel like my medical records got hacked.

They called me and said they needed to verify info to deliver a hospital bed to my home, which I do not need!

I missed their call, but the Caller ID said, "Cardinal Health" (no number showed up until I went to block the number later), and did not leave a message. So I called them back, and the receptionist said, "Edgepark Medical Supplies." Apparently, the valid phone number for Edgepark Medical is being used as a 'spoofed' number to make a SCAM call appear legitimate! Blocking the number won't stop the calls; spoofing just shows a FAKE number from the one actually being used to call you. They'll just use another fake number to call again. I've even seen other valid spoofed numbers, one even turned out to be the REAL customer service number for Hewlette Packard!

Yes they also called me. It is a legitimate company with medical supplies located in Ohio. It isn't a scam call at all. If they called you by mistake, just let them know. Because of HIPPA Privacy Act they can only ask so much.

these people called me on my cell phone, gave me my son's name and asked me who I was. I said he was my son, and they said 'provide us with his date of birth to verify who you are'. I told them NO WAY. I'll bet this was a scam, all they need is an address, name and DOB to steal identity. If they were for real, they would have answered my question when I asked them why they were calling.

I'm in a Medical Mutual Wellness program and it used to be run by CCS Medical but they recently switched it to Edgepark Medical supplies. That may be why people don't recognize the name/ Just FYI

also called my landline about the same time

Caller: Sales

It states that my medical supplies appear to be running low and I need to call and place an order to replenish. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever ordered any medical supplies. I do not use any medical supplies for anything. They have never had my permission to call me.

Don't owe anyone a dime, but this collection company constantly robocalls.

Barely audible pre-recorded message. Mentioned my 94 year old father's name so I pressed "1." Got a person who mumbled some company name but would not say what the call was regarding. When I said I did not have power of attorney she said she couldn't tell me anything further so I said, "bye, bye." I assume the people who work at these sorts of places don't have a conscience and have never learned phone etiquette. Ugh, just what you need when you are already dealing with all the issues of elderly parents. (I assume this is related to an outstanding account from a company named CCS Medical. My mother settled this up at least a month ago, so there is nothing to collect on, of course. Insult added to injury. Hey, my time is worth nothing, right?)
