CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICE

Ccs or credit collection services...calling about a paid debt and refuses to take me off their list.

called 8:35 AM. A stern sounding man informed me that this call was being recorded, did not identify himself or his company. Asked for me by my legal name. I go by my nickname to if told me immediately that it was someone that I did not know. I presumed he was some kind of bill collector, I did my Japanese bit, "Moshi Moshi, gomenasai, solly no engrish" and hung up.

They keep calling me and never leave a message. I don't answer because i don't know the number. If they are scammers what are my rights?

6-29-18 Called at 11am and again at 3pm EST. No message left. Call at least two or three times a day

I always get calls from this number. One day I finally answered and it was not as bad as I thought It would be

Some one named Mr. Cromwell called me and boy could he talk on the phone. The service here is just second to none.

They called last night and even had the nerve to ask me for my address. Luckily they were very professional and we resolved the matter.

These guys are a great group of people and even supported me in my efforts to repay my past due accounts. Thanks Guys!
