Diamond Resorts have become a pest which I am looking a saleing my time because they will call over anything. I pay half of my mortgage and maintenance fee every other week which means that I am head of schedule. There is nothing in my contract that prevents me from doing this and doing it this way is actually legal. This fools act like I am doing something wrong. I had to file an official compliant against them each month because their office and accounting departments do not talk to each other. They failed to credit my account from November 2017 through January 2018 as to both my mortgage and maintenance payment thus I had to file a complaint with the Florida AG office. Also in my they started charging me for the fact I refuse to allow them to debt from my bank account each month which is legal. I highly recommend that every body file an official with their CEO and the Florida AG as to their billing practice.

He called me at 8:45 PM, on 5/20/15, I was asleep, ill, and I told him that, he said he would continue to talk until my doctor called. He said he could save me money on my next vacation. What a jerk. I hung up.
A woman called this morning, 5/22/15, asked for me, I hung up. I believe it is a time share they want me to buy and they will not stop calling, even when I am ill.
