Calls almost every day. I don't answer because it's from the US and I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

THEY ARE A SCAM! They called me from a random number and told me I needed to pay my final bill with Reliant Energy, and so I gave them my credit card information without thinking. Afterwards, I called Reliant Electricity myself and they said they don't call people for unpaid bills and that I had probably been scammed. The agent I was speaking to then looked at my actual account, and it showed I had not paid my final bill so whatever I had paid over the phone was obviously not with the real Reliant Electric company.

Yes they did, I also (BLOCKED) them out. Charter E-mail Ha Ha and I did not give them any of my information!! I told them to send me their information in the mail
I received call & voicemail from this number stated they were Reliant Energy. They said they were calling regarding my final bill which I had already paid. Called Reliant, this is a scam & not one of their phone numbers.
My phone doesn't ring and all of sudden I have a blank voicemail. It's been a couple days now.
