Claimed to be from DTE. Asking yes and no questions.

On one app, they come up as MSI Research. On another they come up as Escalant, both out of Michigan. Partial voice mail recorded that was a robocall. All I could hear was " about your card" followed by a different number to call back, and then a "we appreciate your business."

This caller will get hacked if this contenuse

Left voice mail saying they were from DTE, claiming th at there was an issue with my email. I called a valid DTE number and confirmed that they have no 844 numbers and that they would never call about an email issue.

My e-mail and password are solid. Though she sounds actually quite convincing, it’s a scam to get access to your personal info. and possibly hijack you e-mail account as well as other sensitive information about you such as passwords, credit car accounts etc. Ya’ll don’t fall for it. Anything to do with you email address and password authentication will never be through a phone call. Your welcome baby boomers, I know how ya’ll a little behind. 😄

The caller was for DTE from the "claims" department about a damage claim that was filed from power outage caused by tree trimmers clearing the power lines.

asked me to call. provided office hours of Monday-Friday 8:30a-4:30p. - This phonenumber is not included on DTE's Website.

These asses called my cell SEVEN times in one day. Survey call from DTE Energy. They do NOT have permission to call.

I answered the second call. Woman asked if I was happy with my DTE service. That's all. She sounded like she was in a vacuum though, very weird.

They have called before. Scammer. I answered before in Asian Pentacostal. It baffled them. Now they are blocked.

This may be a scam survey pretending to be DTE energy

Calls my cell asking for Thomas O'Kelly saying urgent he calls back. Harassing, annoying, several calls a day for over 2 months now. Says DTE Energy.

I have received a call from them 1x/day for the last 3 days. Phone never rang, it sent them direct to spam so there was no message or anything. I don't know if their name shows up on caller ID or not. I looked the number up. It is a Michigan phone number and the name I listed is what I got when I looked it up.

The number and location appeared on my call display. I did not recognise the exchange nor know anyone in that city or state. I'm in CANADA! Less than ten people have my cell number, so I just won't answer an unknown caller. From what I have read here, the number is now blocked.

BTW, what I use to do for survey calls was to ask how much I was going to be paid for answering the questions. Usually met with shock. I would say, "You are being paid, so why shouldn't I be paid for my answers and time?"

I got this call from “Brenda Jackson” with the reference number, and she said to have my bill handy. I smelled a rat, but called anyway. She went through her spiel about enrolling in some program and when I didn’t have my bill handy she hung up. I called back, and she said, “you didn’t have your bill handy there’s nothing I can do for you!“. Total fraud!

Had the same call from a Brenda Jackson., busy woman...and a total SCAMMER...I don't even have access to GAS for an option to buy..BIG laugh Brenda....She called from a different number than the 269 one., JOKE and PIA

Brenda Jackson called and left a message to call back regarding some supply charges on my gas bill. Said to call back at 269 242-2951 with reference number 686508. She did not identify the company she represents but to have my account statement available for review.

I just got a call from 610-991-8925....they left a message on my voicemail, but the person(woman) started talking before the beep so part of the message(who it was from or what it was about) was not recorded.It stated I should call back #269-242-2951 and have a copy of my statement handy. I did not call back but started looking online for the number and found this site. Glad I did not call back as it seems to be a scam call!
