I'm getting phone calls saying I have 11,300$$ that I just need to purchase a google pay card. I reply with I don't have money. So they say call back when your ready. But still keep on calling. This is the 3rd number. They call from SCAM!!

These people are scammers. Try irritating them and soon enough they'll start hurling profanities at you. Quite the protocol at the "IRS" or "Treasury Department", isn't it? Another number spoofed by them is 207-560-5842. There are apps which allows you to block numbers not in your contacts, so scumbags like these as well as those calling from private, anonymous or spoofed (including incomplete number) numbers can't bother you and might resort to working for an honest living instead!
