The call never identifies itself as CVS Pharmacy. It is not the CVS Pharmacy national number I have on my prescriptions, nor the local store. While CVS does use robocalls they always identify themselves as CVS and also provide at least the start of the drug name (1st 3 letters - or more) or your RX number. They do not ask you to enter a PIN number if you call back. I did not call back.

Received call with message to call a number with id #. Looked up number first and appears to be a robot call. Spam. Did not call.
Got a call from 1-800-421-2110 from “Bank of America Fraud Dept” which was a scam ! They told me I had a charge of $329.63 at CVS in NC, they had parts of a SS # and new I had a positive balance on my account. Told them I didn’t feel comfortable continuing as they wanted the full CC No, I told them I will call the BofA CC company myself !! B of A could not vertify any of that info - so SCAM !!
Robocall claimed to be CVS Pharmacy calling with a question about one of my prescriptions. I called CVS at a trusted phone number and they had no knowledge or reason to call according to a CVS representative.
Called to say someone from TX opened a BofA account in my name. They had the last 4 digits of my SS and one acct.number, said they were from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and gave the number 800-421-. They had Asian accents and wanted to provide a debt consolidation plan. They had info on my balances and supposed interest rates.
