These people are a scam they beat me out of money I didn't owe.

Always screen your calls, they have called over the years at income tax check time but since the COVID-19 Unemployment insurance extra payments and the one time COVID-19 payment checks they have called many times a week (and call 3 times a day once a week if my phone is on, thankfully this is not my main phone number). The phone is only on if I am waiting for a call so a few weeks in a row I was waiting for a call daily and that is how I now know their pattern; the 3 times a day must be them so happy the phone rings instead of going straight to voicemail.

The Better Business Bureau has 888-668-6929 as Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. phone number. They called me earlier today, THEN followed up with spoofing local numbers. Do not answer anyone who does not leave a message. Do not call any number if they do not leave a message.

Call regularly. Never leave message.
