This person called constantly and left a threatening voice mail, they didn't state who they were or why they called, but they threatened. I don't owe any money and even kept calling after asked to be put on the Do not call list.

Is there a way to block these annoying calls?

The call is promoting a fraudulent credit service. They say they are from "cardholder services" and if you have a visa, mastercard, or other credit card they can lower your rates. They mislead people to think they are calling from a credit card company the victim has an existing relationship with, when they are really just fishing for strangers.
