GE Retail Capital Bank

This company is GE Capital Retail Bank. They are collection calls, but they have asked for 5 different people, none of whom are me. I don't owe them any money and have informed them I will bring charges against them. Now I need to know who to contact to charge them with harassment, and file charges. The number they are calling is my cell phone and it is costing me money. So far they have my number in their system for 5 different people, and have no cross referenced the number to find out that it is being used by someone making fraudulent purchases. Each time they have told me that my number will be removed, and I will not be called again, and I am still getting calls. I have written down the dates, times, and the name of the person calling me.

Can someone help me with who to contact to file charges against them? This has been going on for months on end and I've had all I am going to take. I wish to press charges.
