This number belongs to Ginny's, a mail order catalog service. I've received two automated messages requesting a call back. It smacks strongly of debt collection, and while I do have an account with Ginny's the balance is sitting very nicely at zero.

It should be noted that I've also received emails from them offering to increase my credit limit if I make a purchase by 12/31/14. I suspect this is call is just a fishing expedition.
