They are acting as an agent for someone from Coopersburg, PA who responds to internet inquiries for Affordable Medical Health Insurance. In short, the person in PA makes claims that they represent Companion Life Insurance Company for a Multi-Plan Health Insurance Program and quotes no deductibles, no max out of pocket values, $50 doctor visit co-pays and $25 prescription co-pays. The guy from PA won't provide anything in writing and instead forwards you to this number where they then work to have you review and sign forms on your mobile phone for this said policy. Once you receive the forms you find you've signed up for a Principle Advantage Companion Life Insurance plan, AD&D Insurance and Online Health Education & Fitness Training. The Principle Plan is a gap plan that has fixed values for various emergency room and doctor visits based on the illness. It's a scam and you'll end up with next to no true Healthcare Coverage.
