Called and left a general voice recoding from "Patrick" saying that are checking in with their members at Health first. It had No mention of my name so I knew it was fake....never heard of them and definitely NOT a member with them. Blocked and reported as a scam or spam

Received a voicemail from Signify Health asking me to call back in reference to a home health assessment. Number calling was 833 447 7485 and number to call back was 855 832 2084. I blocked the incoming number.

I received three calls in a row from this number. I do not know who is calling, therefore I did not answer, and no message was left.
