Female caller identifying from CITI FRAUD DEPARTMENT. She knew my name and asked me to verify two recent charges, which I did. She then thanked me, said goodbye and hung up.

Caller: CITI

Called me asking to pay by text. Considering my balance is $0, it was very easy to see this was a scam. The phone number left was different twice during the voicemail.

Leave short garbled message about card

Leave short garbled message about card

Claims to be ID.me, a online identification service used by entities like the IRS and similar high profile services. Tells you your account has been locked, and provides a fairly benign looking link to follow.

Do not click, do not reply, this is a phish scam.

calls weekly, when answered no response. 100% spam/scam

Calls twice a day about home Depot card, says press 1 or 2

Caller: Home Depot

Fellow with heavy Indian accent said he was calling from "Sears Consumer Protection". I had to listen to the call many times to understand what he was saying. The name he was asking for was my ex-wife, she hasn't lived here in 15 years. Definitely a scam, I can't believe their still using the same number over so many years.

Credit card

Caller: Home depot

The number is legitimate. I logged into my CITI account, and indeed, there was an 'alert' on one of my accounts. I called the CITI number (on the back of the card itself) and they confirmed it.

all ScamScam

Caller: Scam

🤣

Yes, I am tired of their calls as well. They are annoying. How the heck they know I have an account with Home Depot is frustrating. I can't enjoy my phone with these "idiots" pestering me. No privacy anymore. I agree with all of you. A bunch of low down idiots.

Caller: Citibank

Called twice, 4 minutes apart, and then called my landlines as well.

Caller: Citi Bank

Caller ID said "Comenity Bank" so I picked up (we've been having trouble with them since AAA switched to them for the VISA card). Only there was nobody on the phone -- just got a dial tone....

Caller: Comenity Bank

Yup. Idiots. Spam! Said they were Citi Bank. I have a home depot card. I have never missed a payment in my 77 years.

more than twice a day, just blocked

This is a scam, just got this email and it is apparently due to a data breach from Home Depot. This is not their number and the information in the email was a manipulation of my old address and information, prompting me to call them and straighten out the changes they made. I checked online, and the changes that they said were made, were not made. I called home depot and they hung up on me when I told them of the issue. I imagine that she didnt want to confess it was a current problem and due to their data breach

This number 866-613-6855 is a scam, do not give them any information. I spoke to Citibank and Home Depot, and I have zero balances and have credits on my HD account.
I filed a report with NYS AG's office today about this roboscam, as they keep calling 3 times a day.

Received a text from this number stating they were my bank, and to click an included link to open a "new message" I received. The link looked suspicious as the domain was rzlenterprize.com, which is NOT my bank. Glad I checked here to see that others have received scam texts from this number. Blocked.

Caller: Scam Text

I Keep getting very annoying calls from this phone number. They say they are from citibank, so I went online and checked with CitiBank. It is not their number, nor would they call me, especially with an 866 prefix.

Multiple calls in last 4 days .... Have HD account with zero balance .... spoke to home depot told me to block the number

I receive a cll from this number every day at 8:03 am. They do not say anything no do they leave a message. I am going to track them down and find the culprits. Telephone harassment is illegal no matter who they are.

Call for person who is not here, supposedly from Citbank about a Home Depot account that does not exist
