Bexar county jail call

No message left

I got a call from this number, they refused to say anything just kept saying this is regarding a personal business matter so i say yes but thats not my address, the rude woman started saying it was IC systems that i have a outstanding account with my Electrical Provider (That had already been paid off 2 years ago btw...) They had a wrong address on the right street... They were VERY rude when i told them it was already paid off and that I am NOT paying a cent to them today because I just spoke to my Electic provider last month regarding my account and it was no where near the amount that they were trying to say. She argued with me and asked if there was anyone else on the account, i said no not that i know of. and She said you understand this will go to collections then, i said ok fine but im not paying the bill twice. She said you will get a letter in the mail to that address (remember i already stated it was a wrong address) and hung up without giving me time to respond... needless to say she wasnt thrilled that i refused to pay a "outstanding bill" right then and there.

Calls continuously, no one there, doesn't leave message.

They call me several times a day....never leave a message

Will not stop calling my cell phone. will not leave a message, they don't quite know or can't pronounce who they are calling for, they can't speak English very well, they say it is an important call, but won't say what for, etc. I have told them not to call and they just keep increasing their calls. The attorney general's office needs to be notified.
