nothing more than a scam call, don't even answer them. like everyone on here says they are just scum

I have received the same calls. That there has been a judgement passed against me or my ssn, they have now started contacting a former employer that I haven't worked for in 3 years. The latest call was about a fax order to deliver to my home or place of employment. Obviously they don't even know where I work. If there is a way to stop this please post info so that the rest of us being harassed are able to stop it as well.

This number is still calling me since 1st of July. Recording comes up sayiing I have 2 charges against me of fraudulent activity against my SSN and gave a case number, saying a summons would be sent to my work or my home residence. This is not a legit company and they keep calling to phish for my information. If it was legit, I would've already been served the summons. So, they have nothing on me and I'm not giving them my information. They are scammers and they need to be turned in to the authorities.

They have been calling twice a week for months. I had enough I called the number back 22-930-5562. They give some case number in the recording. I talked to Someone from Inktel who says they are a firm. Inktel? a law firm? Sounds more like a toner sales. I'm trying to find out who Inktel is. They may be fishing for valid phone numbers or developing a call list for. they are just a contact center so they are trying to get information from you for advertising purposes. Probably to develop call lists for some other company to bother you with calls you don't want.

Called and said I was being served with a summons by someone.

These people have been robocalling me for several months from numbers which change from state to state all over the country each time I block them. They have and use my actual name with the same " 2 claims against your name and social security number. 3 days ago the spiel changed to "(my name), I received the fax order regarding a complaint that was filed against you. I have been retained to serve you with documents to appear either at your residence or your place of employment. If you have any questions or concerns about the complaint or wish to rectify the matter you will need to call 202-930-5562. When calling please reference file number XXXXX. you have officially been notified. An hour ago I received one more call from an actual real live man who's number is actually in my state. He claimed to be from INKTEL and began talking about the 2 charges and I just said "BULLS#*@T, Stop calling me! and I hung up. I cannot take this anymore. I am disabled with a brain injury and these calls are causing me untold anguish. How can I make this stop? I've heard they can be sued but I cannot afford a lawyer.

how can we stop them.. i get multiple calls from multiple numbers. talked to someone last week . same thing. state its an old pay day loan from 2011

I received a call from this phone couple of days in a row with them saying they have two charges against me with case number starting with a letter for fraudulent activity against my name but never said my name. These scammers need to stop calling my phone. It's harassment.

A Lady called my work and stated that I had cold checks. Left really rude comments about me and left my personal information of my work's voice mail. She yelled into the phone and said that I can not be going around writing cold checks and that I would be summons. A co-worker of mind is the one that found the message. This upsets me to no end. The people should be the ones summons.

I keep receiving calls at home and at work from this number - it is a robo call stating the same thing as the others have reported, there are 2 cases that have been id'd as fraudlent in my name and social, only they ahve the wrong first name, they keep calling me sherry in the robo call. They never id themselves and they are suing two different phone numbers to call out. I file dbankruptcy last year, I have no outstanding bills.

AMAZING!!!!! they state it is from a pay day loan co by the name Parargon funding. never did a loan with them. they are scammers

I received a call from this phone # at 3:05 pm PST today-Tues. July 7th .They gave a case # starting with a letter. Said I had 2 claims against me and gave a woman's name, first name same as mine, but different last name, I've been a victim of identity theft for about 15 years now. I started Receiling calls todat at work and on my cell phone saYing I have two claims against me. I called they really wouldn't give me information and they have all my personal information, what do I do this is the 2nd time in 3 months. They scare me because they start calling my employment place.

I have been receiving calls from Intel Direct for a week now. They say I have 2 claims filed against me. If I didn't respond a summons would be served against me. Can't get through as lines are always busy. I last had a call today, Mon.July 6 at 3:41PM Pacific time. I'm also on the National do not call register.Very upset.

Scam...not legit...keep calling...should be prosecuted...I'm even on the national do not call list!
