I have asked to be put on their DNC list at least four times

Used to be Liberty Dealer Services and NOW this company is call Liberty Automotive Protection (732-918-9299) Rep was incredibly rude and threatening. Claimed to be the warranty department from VW and he had my vin # and other info. on me. I requested not to be called, he said that he cannot remove me from the "list" and that he is the legit call and the other warranty companies are the fake ones. Caller ID showed call from 314-843-2238 which is a non-working number. I tracked down the company and called Liberty Automotive and told them and they were going to let their sales supervisor know... at least 4 FCC violations - not to mention the highly unethical bulling tactics.

How come when you pick up they aren't there or when you start to tell them that you are not interested they hang up. I always buy extended warranties on my vehicles... I would like to know if they are getting our info from the dealership or somewhere else. This is not the only number I get calls from regarding extended warranties. It's just aggravating!!!

BOGUS. The woman said that she was from Mini Cooper Warranty Department. Said that this was my last warning before my warranty expired. My warranty doesn't expire for another year and a half though. She was really rude and ended up hanging up on me. I called MINI and they confirmed that this was fraudulent behavior: they would send me a notice directly from the dealership and would definitely not call to sell.

Bogus caller. Here is a tip....Don't answer the phone if you don't know who it is. If they really know you, they will leave a message. Simple! Also, I love the "Block Caller" on my iPhone. It works like a charm!!!

This number called and tried to get my car information to extend my warranty. They knew my name, address, vehicle nameplate and year. I asked who they were with and to verify the company. The lady transferred me to "Bob from Finance" who got quite angry when I said I would call back through the verified number after work. He then lectured me about answering personal calls at work. WHAT?! Blocked the number.

Vehicle warranty. When I said I am on the natiinal do not call registry and I sold the vehicle 6 months ago. They hung up. I tried yo call them back and I received a message that the phone was disconnected.

Unwanted phone call. Did not answer.

Received a call this afternoon from this number. I was informed the caller was calling from the Warranty Activation Department. I asked "The Warranty Activation Department of what firm?" She repeated the same line of her script, and said "I am calling from the Warranty Activation Department." BTW: she asked for me by name.

Each time we went through this, I asked the same question regarding the Warranty Activation Department of what firm. Sounding exasperated, she stated "Sir, I'm going to end this call because I'm trying to give you information, and all you do is keep repeating the same question!" She then hung-up.

Clearly a fraud and a scam. Avoid like the plague, and be sure to file complaints.

After multiple calls. Which i did not answer, i called the # and got a recording the number had been disconnected. Still getting their calls

I was contacted multiple times by this number. The last time I called I answered the phone and they asked if my name was xxxx and I said yes it is and they hung up on me. I tried calling the number back and got a recording that the number was disconnected

going to report for harassment...been called 4-times today using this number as a mask.

Called me and nobody talks on the other line, then they hung up!

Warranty extension and was very rude on the phone when I did not say yes right away.

Not associated with your vehicles manufacturer warranty but portray themselves that way. They try to get you to extend your warranty through them
