I received a call from this number asking me to call them back which I did and a recorded message asked for my full SS number and account number and the full name on the acct as well as my zip code. They didn't identify themselves they only said it was important information about my account. they are calling 3 or 4 times a day.

They keep calling my number several times a day for some lady I do not know. I try to call the number back but can't get to an operator bc I do not have an account number, although I do not have an account with them and just want them to stop calling me bc it's the wrong number!

The are calling an employee here at work several times a week to several times a day. She has been trying to get them to stop calling for months but they will not remove her number without a loan number... But she hasn't ever had a loan with them! We have reported the calls to the FTC.

They are calling for a person that does not belong to the number they are calling. I finally blocked the number because I was unable to connect with a person when I returned the call. Finally spoke to a live person and asked them to stop calling as it is a business line and we do not employ that person. The calls stopped for 1 month. The computer calls my line 2 to 3 times a day every day.

Got a phone call from a number I didn't recognize. It was a recording that said, "please call this number." I called, the voice prompt asked me to enter my SSN to speak to a rep. I refused. Pushed few buttons and got a person. She asked for my SSN. I said, "There is no f***ing way I'm giving you my social after getting a recording that says to call this number and I have no clue who you are." She gets pissed at me. I say, "Nobody is going to give you personal information under these circumstances. That's insane."
Turns out it's my new mortgage loan servicer.

Then when I looked up the website - for "LoanCare" which I do not have any business with....not even my mortgage. I blocked the number after my call back was a busy tone.

He has a couple of mortgages and he has a VA loan. He is completely up to date on his loans. There is a robotic service that continuously calls his number. They stated that their system is making these calls in error. He has all of this documented. He has requested that they stop calling several times. CTR344
