I'm not sure how people fall for this but they do. This company is NOT legitimate. They're lying when they say they "represent your health care company" and they're lying when they say you need to schedule a home visit. Hang up on them, file a complaint with the FCC, and help put an end to this harassment. This is a complete scam. You don't get eye exams in your home..not ever. Yet this is just 1 of the many things they're lying about to vulnerable people.

"Matrix Medical" pretending to be calling from Anthem about health & wellness visits IN YOUR HOME. Complete scam and invasion of privacy. Reported to FCC & medical board.

Caller: Fake BCBS Scam

They said it was Aetna on the phone, but when calling the number back the answering recording said "Matrix Medical Network". It was for a Wellness Visit to my home or could do a virtual visit. I called Aetna since I am a member, and they said that they do work with Martrix Medical Network for wellness visits.

Just repetitive annoying if I want their help I'll call them geez

Caller: Medtric Medical

Tells you they are working with your health insurance. They give you a number and when you call you follow the prompts and wait to speak with someone. Then you hear a loud laughter and then they hang up.

855-403-0967 They called me and I went ahead and made an appointment with them to come to my home which was very convenient for me. I Received a eye examination And a General well-being check over and they were able to help me out with several things I needed. that's been about a year ago. So I just got a call from them again and made another appointment. Myself, I was glad to have them

I have blocked this number through this platform; they're still leaving messages

The call from 518-907-0993 was a recording from Matrix Medical offering insurance supported service. They have done this before and won't give up. Annoying.

A local robo call (a recording) from Plattsburg, NY telling me they are recommended by my medical insurance company. Annoying call from Matrix Medical.

It's a computer robo call!

No real person.

Searched # robocall about medical care.....showed call activity when searched as severe

Caller: Dr. Castillo

Matrix Medical out of Arizona. Called me on behalf of my UPMC Health provider. I called UPMC to verify and they verified that Matrix was contracted by them to provide a one time visit to access our home safety environment etc.. free of charge. It is listed as one of the new benefits that UPMC provides. I make semi annual visits to my doctor and don't care for someone calling me on my personal phone. Someone is getting $ from somewhere?

Caller: Matrix Medical

Fake and fraudulent call. Caller ID says Health partners and it's actually some other company. If you happen to get the name of their company, write it down and call the Attorney General's office to report them.

Caller: Scammers

they call every day and never leave message

Caller: unknown

Caller ID said Health Partners, but it was another medical service

Matrix associated with HAP. Constant calls wanting to come to my house. Even after telling them no on many occasions.

At&t seems to be getting with the program. The have installed a call blocking app that stops callers like Matrix medical from calling in numerous times when found on a scam list. I believe they just started. It's nice to see it popping up on my phone when I am being bothered by unwanted calls again and again.

A call from Matrix Medical. I receive mail from them, too, but it's from my insurance company...Advantra/Coventry/Health Assurance RE: scheduling an in home or phone appt about healthcare that is covered and provided by my insurance. When they call, my phone only rings one time because I joined NOMOROBO with Comcast. Calls from known scammer's numbers are basically blocked. If my phone only rings once, I know it's from a scammer. I sometimes go into my phone and dial *69 and I'll hear the number of my last incoming call. Then I'll Google the number. That's how I learn who it is that's called me. That's what brought me to here, after I clicked on one of the links that's popped up on Google. I dial *60 to bring up call screening and add scam numbers to block them. That's how it works with Comcast, as my provider. I don't know if that will work with other providers.
