He was very clear about it, but he said "INS" I wrote it down, when I looked again, I was wondering if I heard right.....

I spent about three months with the same guy calling... "This is Bill Jones calling..." Now he's stopped, and without missing a beat, it's "This is Jim West calling..." Funny thing is, it's the exact same person, so I'm supposed to deal with some a-hole that's lying to me right from the first words out of his mouth? I think not. They never miss a day. They called on Christmas Day. They called on New Year Day. What would possess these idiots to think I'm actually going to return a call that some clown used a bot to deliver, let alone one that calls me on Christmas Day?

I have been receiving harassing calls from Jim West for several; months. Never is there an someone on the line. I call the number to get a recording that is nonsense. I have reported this to Gary Locke in the Commerce Dept.I want tthis to stop and will participate in a suit to make that happen and get redress. Jill Lewis

Pre-recorded message. Have received calls daily for almost a month. Time of day varies. Indicates that i should call back to discuss an "important business matter," but without more information, I refuse to call back.

Of course, when you hang up on a robot, it doesn't get the message and tries again the next day. I've turned off my answerer, but then the calls come in later in the day. Can't win.
