I just received a call from that number and the first thing they asked me for was the last four digits of my social security number that just sounds like a damn scam

317-550-5613 Navient - they are a bunch of low lifes who will call all the time, weekend also.

Making loan payments, can't log in through their website to make online payments a real pain! Annoying for sure....

Calling about student loan, never had one.

I keep applying for delayed payment and there response is Navient hasn't received any information!!!!!! So done!! They are a pain.

They also don't care what time of day they call! I picked up the phone early this morning from a phone with no caller id since I was afraid it was a family emergency. No one else calls that early!

Formerly Sallie Mae student loans, now is Navient. Great customer service. They will continue to call until you make payments on your loans.

It's not Spam....they are calling about your student loans. Formerly Sallie Mae.....

Saying that they are from Navient loan services, however never have I taken out a loan through them. They wanted my ssn as well, so I have just blocked this phone number. Scam

I received FOUR unanswered calls from this number, all at around 8:00Pm on 08/17, 08/24, 09/13 and 09/16/2010. I see, from the Internet that thaye are NRI, a student loan recovery agency. I have NEVER made a student loan. I want this harassment to stop.

So they guy named Glenn penny calls me asking me to pay some student loan from 20 years ago. I told him "Up yours" Literally. So he tells me "You'll me calling me back sir". I didnt take it as a threat and i brushed it off my shoulders. 2 months later my payroll dept. called me told me that my commission is being garnished for 15%. I called Glenn penny back and he told me that I couldnt do anything. I even explained my situation about my mortgage payments getting higher (I was on one of those loans). He didnt seem to care, he put me on hold, I talked to his manager and they couldnt help me stop my garnishment. Man my wife was gonna kill me she's been telling me take care of this thing for years. I did my research... one of my old college recommended a book called "The Student Loan Blue Print" I learned exactly what happens behind the scenes at a collection agency. I finally stop the garnishment NO THANKS TO MY LAWYER..... but this little book that my friend recommneded. You should all read it a Federal student loan is more serious that we all think...
And this book will change your perspective on things....

This aint some spam or nothin... Seriously if they are calling than you need to take care of this...
