Says they are from Nissan collecting a debt, I never answer and they never leave a message the only time I answered was the very first call, told them I already paid my car payment I know because I already spoke directly to Nissan and they said I was good, yet these people keep calling

call at least once a day for several weeks now. Sometimes they say they are Nissan, sometimes they say they are infinity. I have told them repeatedly that the person they ask for has died, and then they hang up. today they called (using a different number 855-555-5115). When I told them again that the person had died and asked what it was regarding, they asked if the car had been returned to the dealership yet. I asked them what vehicle they were talking about. they put me on a long hold to find out. when they came back they said it was about a car that I know nothing about. I asked them what dealership was this car supposedly purchased from. they again put me on a long hold to find out. when they came back, they did not have an answer for me. they told me to fax them the death certificate. I told them I would not do anything of the sort until I had some answers. they told me to have a family member call them back at 800-777-6116. This seems to be some kind of scam to me

Never stops calling. Been calling every month for 3 yrs. I always make payments but usually late.

I received a call from this number also for a guy in India and he knew my name and account information. I told him he had the wrong number and wasn't me. Has Nissan been hacked??

Automated system stated my bill was past due and that I need to pay immediately, kept trying to get me to pay before I reached someone obviously in India. Quoted an amount higher than first payment amount will be and also stated bill was mailed to me 2 days ago. Ok from where? He couldn't answer, wanted to put me on hold to research my account. I informed him to remove me from calling list and hung up on him.

Robocall. When I answered it took a moment and a click for someone to start speaking. Asked to speak to someone whose name has nothing to do with this residence. When I politely said it must be a wrong number, the caller asked if a different name was at this number. Sounded like fishing? Strange.

They call multiple times, multiple days. Even after you issue payment

Calls my work at least 2x a day and have been for over a month. When I pick up the phone they don't answer; when I let it go to voicemail they don't leave a message. It is so annoying especially when I'm in a meeting or with a customer.

This number is for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. They are harassing, lying jerks. If they tell tell you that you can apply for an extension, BEWARE. They are liars. They will tell you that they have mailed the paperwork to you, but you won't receive it. They won't "resend" it for 10 days, all part of their attempt to make you default on an agreement they were "nice enough to offer to you." You can mail it back, fax it back, it doesn't matter. They will say that they need 48-72 hours to process a fax, 10 days to process a letter. I did BOTH, with a certified mail receipt, and they still deny receiving it. I faxed it 20 times with a confirmation on each delivery, and they still play dumb. These guys are JERKS. They want to charge me for 71 months of late fees on a 0% 60 month loan, with only a couple of late payments over the last 4 1/2 years. When I questioned the math, they told me "your math isn't wrong, that's just not how we do business." I will NEVER, EVER own another Nissan as long as I live because of the lying jerks at NMAC.

I get these calls about 2to 3 times a day; if I answer theres no one there; when I call the number back they want me to pick my nissan account or infinety account and I dont have an account with either, Ive never been able to get past this part because I have to pick one.

Are they calling your cell? I am getting a class action against them. I have already retained an attorney we just need a couple more class members that are getting unwanted calls to their cell. called 10+ times, fake debt collector, scam, f**k

called me several times and did not leave a message and when i answered the line they would no identify themselves

They call as often as every 2 hours and will call 7 days a week. We do not have any debt to Nissan yet they continue to call. They do not leave messages and if i happen to pick up the phone there is no one there until i say "hello" several times. Person with a think indian accent reported his name as John smith and when i asked to speak with a supervisor, "john" hung up. Yet, they still keep calling.
I cannot block the number due to an iphone. What the hell? i am on the do not call list as well.

This was a call reminding me I missed a lease payment on my car. Nothing fake about it but potentially a very important call.

They have been calling me since September (or earlier) of 2011. No one in my family owns a Nissan, and I don't even have a driver's permit yet. At first they stated calling with their number unhidden. After a while they started hiding their number. Everytime they called saying this is Nissan's finance/debt department. I swear I'm going to pick up one day and say in a Jamaican accent "Spencers Sperm Bank. You jack it, we pack it! How may I help you?" These guys are relentless and will just not stop the calls. I have an iPhone so I can't block numbers on it.
