QUEST DIAGNOSTICS

I received a call about 2:45 today. The caller from this number said her name was Jackie and she was calling for a collection agency. She said I owed $471 dollars for US Diagnostic Laboratory for lab work on April 23rd of 2018. My health plan covers Quest and Lab Corp only. I said I needed to call my insurance company. "Jackie" gave me the 609-547-4899 to call back. I went on line and typed in the number and I saw was a scam number.

Just received a call about diagnostics that I never had done. Now they keep hanging up when I try to obtain validation information.

spam call. Very convincing. Do not fall for it.

I was just called from this Consumer Collection service, they stated that I had blood work done on 2/2/18 and this was a third party biller . Funny thing is I am a Christian Scientist ! This lady identified herself as Amanda Davenport phone number 609 547 4899 . She gave a Physician ID # 19637497 . I will be reporting this to the police and the FBI . She claimed the amount was for $383.19

I also received a scam call from 609-547 4899 claiming that they were seeking to recover an outstanding bill for bloodwork done amount: $424.48 was due from April 2018! or sending to collections. Total scam but some people will fall for it and pay. Should be a way to report this woman to authorities

they called us a couple of times but we never gave them a chance to talk. Theyre lucky I didnt blow my whistle in their friggin ears.

Omg I received a call also from this number saying I owed $421 for bloodwork back in April 2018. Person was nasty and also threatened to send to credit bureaus if I don’t pay. I requested a copy of the bill and she said she would put a request in but most likely they won’t send out!!! This is such a scam and I don’t have time for this now can I report them???

Received a call from 609-547-4899 stating they were a collections agency and that I owed $471 for past lab work done by US Diagnostics in 2018. When I asked them to send a bill, they threatened that a claim would be made to all credit bureaus for delinquency. I said I would try and call US Diagnostics myself and the woman caller said "Good luck with that" and hung up. TOTAL SCAM!

received call today asking for my husband and I said this is his wife and they hung up. I called the number back and said put me on your do not call list...guy is like we were calling your husband he owes $465 - I'm like funny I didn't even give you a name yet and he hung up on me. CRAZY do not fall for this scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just received a phone call from this number (609) 547-4899 telling me that I owed $38?. Told her I didn't have any bloodwork done.
US Tech Labs is who she stated she was calling about.

lol so its about 400$ for everyone for blood works... scumbags@@@!!! been getting a call for the past 2 weeks. funny part is dont know how they are my dob... werid.

Just got a call from this number threatening to sue over a US Laboratories debt They would not tell me a doctors name or what it was that I was being billed for. "Just give me a credit card and we can take care of this right now". I will report them now especially since others have had the same experience. I'd love to see how may people are actually giving them credit card info

This scam called and said I owed U.S. Diagnostics $386. I told her I hadn't been in the hospital in ten years and she said "um well um I have to check the master record and will get back to you" and hung up. Did a little diggin the ladies name is Lisa A Kelley and she's 52 years old. She lives at 305 E Atlantic Ave Haddon Heights, NJ 08035. Her husbands name is Scott Kelley and he's 55. Apparently they are running a scam out of their house and make a decent living doing so. Her other number is 856-547-6421. I strongly suggest anyone who is harassed by these scumbags to give them a call on the other number and tell them your collecting a debt for the U.S. Marshal's office - see how they like being stolen from.

CALLED I OWE 388 FROM 2/3/2018 NO RECORD OF SERVICE PER MY INSURANCE COMPANY THEY CLAIM THEY WILL EMAIL ME THE COPY OF THE BILL. THEY HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AS WELL...HMMMMM??

I received a call as well just few mins ago. There is no US diagnostic close my place to Begin with. Such scammers asking me to pay $487.67

Just got a call stating they were US Diagnostics owing from 2018, didn't have my correct address from that date, and I only use LabCorp and Quest

Yes, called said it was US Diagnostic Laboratory (my network providers ONLY use Quest or Lab Corp) services provided on April 25, 2028. I called my Insurer who said they have archived April 2018 but can and will look into billings and or rejections and find out what network doctor would have (if in fact there is any validity) used a third party laboratory. Gave Horizon the callers name and telephone number and their offer for me to pay using my checking account (using routing and checking account number) ....like I would do that! Came up in caller ID as Hammonton s/w Shelby who said if I didn't pay she would secure a judgement.
