Keep calling and changing numbers after repeatedly telling them to REMOVE me from their list. They're very aggressive

This number incessantly called and I repeatedly tried to use the automated system to have my number removed from their list, to no avail.
Called back this morning and I returned the call and pressed 1 to speak with a rep. The first lady I talked to hung up on me after I started asking questions, so I called back and the second rep told me that the company is Strategic Student Solutions. (http://www.strategicstudentsolution.com/)
They were very curt and I'm surprised they even gave me any information. Even though it shows a 978 area code, which is in Massachusetts, the business is actually located in Florida. Their direct contact info is:
