Had never received a call from them before. After a 4-5 delay a woman asked if I am R.K. ( my real name ). Of course, I answered her question with my own question..."Who is calling ? " Her response was " This call is being recorded. " My response, of course , was " No, it's not. " Click. My surmise is that Tate and Killan Associates, as their greeting identifies them, buys old debts. I have two charge offs from 5 years ago, and I'll bet they are collectors.

No response when I answer the phone and they do not leave messages. I am an executive from a large healthcare company nationwide and know exactly what they need to get their act together.

Called trying to say they were from a reputable company with a personal matter but wouldn't say what. They are showing as a scam company

Harrassment right off the bat

They are trying to scam money from a business I've never dealt with. As soon as I asked for all their info so that I can verify it with the police and the BBB, they hung up.

they asked to speak to my 15 year daughter and when I asked what they wanted with my underage child. they told me to hold and then hung up. When I called the number again they asked if I had a social security number they could look up my account. When I asked what kind of company this was, they did not answer the question and then tried to get info from. when I didnt answer their questions they hung up on me.

Phone rang at on 8/30/2016 8:03 AM no one responded when I asked who was calling. Then they hung up.

Irt is against the law for A collection agency to pretend to be someone else. Report them. They call me and leave no message, so I have no clue who they are -- their name does not show up on caller ID and I can't even respond to them. I do not answer calls from those I do not know.
