Claims to be from credit union, does not know my name and wants card number... Pfft... I don't think so Achmed or Shunktra whatever. This is a scam do not answer or call back

NOT A SCAM! I called my credit union to double check and see if it was a legitimate call. They checked the notes on my account and it was a call made by the debit card security department. She advised I go ahead and return the call.

Received an email with this number at both email addresses on file with my bank, they are custom addresses with my private domain names used only with my bank (not google or yahoo address), listed accurately recent transactions from various retailers. Underlying email source data validated from my bank's domain. The person I spoke to had accurate information on last month's transaction from my account. With number spoofing a call from this number could be faked. But calling it is safe as it is accurate.

Same as so many cases, it says from RBC and ask for someone else, asked my personal info to update the file! I didn't give any info and respond: just put it's wrong number!

Caller: RBC

SCAM DO NOT CALL BACK

This phone number is compromised and all the credit unions listing it as a contact don’t know or don’t care. My card does not list this number and there is nothing wrong with my card.

I received a call about fraudulent use my Debit Visa card. Called my credit union after looking on here and they verified they are legit.

With some mixed messages, I called the number on my bank Visa statement and cleared up the block on my account. I asked the rep about this number and he said it was the fraud department for Onpoint's Visa card. I had also received a letter notifying me of the fraud, but was being extra careful.

Caller: mailer

Heavy accent, hard to understand and the volume was very low. Said she was calling about my debit card but pronounced the name of my bank incorrectly - also my bank never makes any calls from out of state.

Caller: Oda

Claims to RBC and keeps leaving voice-mail messages and asking for some Ray Jeno person and to call them back, super annoying

Claims to be RBC and asking me for someone else not my name to call them back

Checked 888-918-7313 with card services phone # on back of Visa credit card. Legit.

It was legitimate. I had placed a credit card order over the phone, the company had made an error ($7500!) and they (credit card services) called to notify me. I called the company and they had caught the error and already reversed. Glad someone is watching.

Not a scam. Someone was trying to access my Master Card. We cancelled the card. Going to my branch tomorrow to get a new card. Did not ask for any other info about me, i.e. SS number. Just gave me the last 4 numbers on that card which matched.

Caller: security company

Called Credit Union and Legit - Had a security concern on card

This is a fraudulent call. Confirmed with personal banker. Do not believe any comments on here confirming this is actually RBC. Beware and don’t give any personal info

Caller: NOT RBC

scam. they wouldn't give their company name and called a phone number that wasn't even on my bank account. They cited some vague information (my bank's name) but had no real information and tried to get information from me

Definitely a robo caller. No message left on voicemail. Must not be important.

I don't know this number blocked please

Caller: Credit card

They start calling at almost exactly 8am CST and call NUMEROUS times daily. Sometimes they will call one after another. Blocked finally. It is harassment in my opinion.

Scam - I called my credit union and they said everything is fine. Didn't call this number back as I only call numbers listed on the bank website.

Caller: Ricky

They keep on calling so you will call them back. I did and they answer Chase Credit Card Services. I hung up and called Chase from the number on the back of my credit card. They said it is a scam and they are trying to steal your personal info
