800 866 2528 calls almost daily. Sometimes they will say somethig when I answer most times just silence. Today (12/21/2021) asked for someone stating they had given them this number. Did not identify themselves or their company just "is ___________ there" like they know me or something?

Didn't Answet

I received a call and was disconnected. I called back, reached an operator, was placed on hold for 9 minutes and then received a recording that extension blah was not available, please leave your name, number and reason for your call. Now it is blocked. I only have one account and it is current.

Thank you for this site. They never leave a message tried calling back I did not want to speak I just wanted to Identify who it may be because they have left tons of missed calls. All calls go to VM 1st if I don't know who is calling.

Calls but doesn't leave any message. First time the call went to voicemail. Nothing but dead air on the "message". Since then, they hang up after 2 - 3 rings before it goes to voice mail. Calls several times a week.

Always calling with different numbers.

I returned the call. A woman, broken English, said she was with the Treasury Department and I hung up.

Scam.

Left message that they were with the Federal Government Grant Department and I need ed to call back to claim my grant of $11,300....SCAM?!?!?!?

The caller called, and my husband answered giving his name, and the caller hung up. The calk came in at 3:47 p.m.. I understand that the call came from the Washington Post, after Googling the number and that there is a W. Post scam going on in which the caller tired to get Post subscribers t who pay by check to pay by phone to this number, according to the internet. I cannot figure out why we were called in such a fashion. I plan to report this call somehow to others.

Very disrespectful didn't want to say which company was calling I have nothing to do with Maryland anything that I owe is here in Florida only so I don't know what they're talking about
