Monthly Fee:  $2.99

Premium Phone Lookups:  10 per month

A premium phone lookup or search is performed each time you click on a link titled similarly to "Get Caller's Real Name" or "Caller Name Available" (other variations may also be available but collectively are refered to as Premium Phone Lookups).  In addition to the EveryCaller.com terms of service and privacy policy, your use of this service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each premium lookup you perform costs one credit which is deducted from your balance for each successful search.  If a result is not available, you will not be charged a credit for that search.
• Premium lookups expire at the end of each month and do not rollover, e.g. the maximim number of credits you'll have at any time is 10 unless you purchase additional credits (see below).  
• At the beginning of each billing cycle, your account will be automatically be refilled to 10 total credits.
• You may purchase more credits at any time for an additional fee.  Credits you purchase separate of your monthly subscription do not expire.

Information provided through this service is taken from third parties and is made available for your use.  We do not review or verify the information provided through this service and make no warranty or respresentation as to the accuracy, legitmacy, legatily or quality of the results or how recently the information has been updated or made avaialble.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee you will be satisfied with the results of each premium search.  If a premium search does not produce a result, you will not be charged a credit for that search.

Cancelling your EveryCaller.com Premium Membership
You may cancel your membership hassle-free at any time by logging into your EveryCaller.com account and clicking the 'Cancel Membership' link.
