Health insurance scam. Robo voice mail. Cell phone service providers are causing this because they are SELLING our information (including the fact that these are active numbers, which are programmed into the spammers' networks). Will this end? No it won't because the cell phone service providers are making money off of this misery AND they are probably making huge campaign donations to any election candidates who otherwise might pass laws to stop this plague.
