This is a scam and is fraud. This company is a fake 3rd party insurance broker. They are NOT Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, etc. The recording only says that to use major health insurance company names. Do not answer and do not call them back. Every 3-4 weeks, they change area codes (and states) so they can have new, out of service land line numbers. Block the number immediately and file an FCC report. As always, do not press option 2. This will just make the calls more frequent. This is a scam tactic to see if they have reached a working number. Fraudulent companies do not follow the DO NOT CALL list so that is why they keep calling.

DO NOT PRESS "2" TO OPT OUT!!! This will only make the calls more frequent. I am a legal assistant and know the FCC rules and have researched this issue in detail. REPORT TO THE FCC VIA THEIR WEBSITE. The company is spoofing landline numbers so the caller ID will not be in service so don't bother calling them back. If you do answer, it is FRAUD. They will ask for your social security number. DO NOT ANSWER, EVEN TO TELL THEM TO QUIT CALLING. DO NOT ANSWER, JUST BLOCK. DO NOT CALL BACK. There are thousands of these numbers and they will continue to call you, no matter what you tell them or how mad you get. The number on caller id will MOST ALWAYS be out of service. The FCC is actively working with our reports so keep filing them. Lastly, they are calling outside of telemarketer hours (8am-9pm local) and more than 5x per day, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. PLEASE INCLUDE THIS ON YOUR REPORT.
