Mr. Yang Kaengpao VUE is running a vast telephone scam fraud across the US in which calls are made from many numbers hosted by ATX Telecommunications Services LTD, a prior FCC violator. The primary number is 201-215-1848 (primary). Illegal spoofed numbers include 201-215-1807, 201-215-1836 and 201-215-1746. It appears this is a phishing scam to steal your personal information e.g. social security numbers by offering you cheap health insurance. It also appears someone inside the real US Government Health Insurance Marketplace has sold real data (Your real name and phone number) to this scammer. It appears the enterprise is a large one.

Under the Truth in Caller ID Act, FCC rules prohibit anyone from transmitting misleading or inaccurate caller ID information with the intent to defraud, cause harm or wrongly obtain anything of value. Anyone who is illegally spoofing can face penalties of up to $10,000 for each violation.

FCC rules specifically require that a telemarketer:

* Display a telephone number you can call during regular business hours to ask to no longer be called. This rule applies even to companies that already have an established business relationship with you.
