How can I stop these calls?? They call multiple times per day. I have 2 apps running to stop these, but they still are coming thru.

Most calls are Roto-call so when I answer I don't say anything and wait for they to start, Robo call activates on sound after a few seconds they hang up & usually never call back.. If a real person starts talking usually hello? hello? & I don't know the voice I hang up... My biggest problem is I work nights so get calls that wake me up in daytime don't want to silence volume & miss an important call. Full time night job & have own business too.
