I never answer but every time I attempt to call back the variations of this 201 arrow code call, it is a "bad number". I believe it is related to healthcare insurance.

Robo caller posing as a representative of major health care providers to make them sound genuine. I get a call from these people 2 or more times per day from multiple numbers in the 201 area code.

I have opted out of numerous of these calls. If there are any lawyers on here, let's do a class action lawsuit.
