Recording starts before the phone us even answered. "Anne" wants to sell you preapproved health insurance from various companies. Never names a company, just Anne. They use over 10 different numbers with different caller id's including SSI, Cortiva Education, Paramount, and 2 towns in NJ. Received 8 calls in one day. Over 10 calls in less than 48 hours.
