This scammer calls numbers on the national do no call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the phone when the call is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to answer questions and stop or pause the recording. They fail to provide a phone number or address when asked, since you cannot get to an operator on their initial call. Their recording is offering discounted credit card processing services, but this is clearly a scam since they are so far out of compliance, and no legitimate banking services company would conduct business this way. Do not provide this scammer any personal, financial, or business information.
