I called 866-246-7196 (thanks to Dashiel's comment) and spoke to someone, they said they provide this do not call request service to a small number of companies that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. Sounded reasonable so I gave them the caller's phone number which they verified it was on their list and then I gave them the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list. It took a day and a half but the calls did stop.

Please advise what action will be taken in this matter and who I can contact if no action is going to be taken. Including who will be looking into this and their direct supervisior.
