They were advertising lower interest rates for my credit card. I pressed 1 and got a rep I'm sure was from another country. I asked for their phone number, he said 1-800 and then hung up.

Call began with pre-recorded message about a limited time offer to lower my (unspecified) credit card interest rate. I pressed "1" when given the option to speak to a representative. When the person answered I asked to be removed from their calling list and informed them my number was a cell phone. The person replied that they were refusing my request and then laughed. I asked again, they again refused and laughed. I hung up.
