They told me they could lower my interest rate on my credit card. I asked which one and they told me they needed my last name and the expiration date of my card. THey would not tell me what financial institution they were from.

The MOST ANNOYING aspect was that we were woken up by the call at 04:21 MST in Hawaii. Yes, our Mobile is on MST Arizona, but 07:21 is also unforgivably early for anything but an emergency call

debt reduction - It was a prerecorded message claiming that I needed to contact them because of a credit card issue. Totally a phishing episode because I never keep a revolving balance. They said to press 1 to talk to a rep.
