i've reported CREDIT CARD SERVICES to the National Do Not Call Registry no less than 200 times.... this federal agency should be closed down... they don't do a [***] thing to stop these calls.... they just suck our paychecks dry and laugh at us.....

Why you think these scammers not afraid cause they know do not call is bs. Our gov obviously don't care cause they don't do crap about consumer complaints this why we have protect ourselves like here and spread word who they are

Received call this morning about 'final notice' to reduce interest rate on credit card and to press 1 for agent and 3 for 'go away'. Waiting to see if they keep calling.

Our answering machine caught the call, but I picked up when they said this was our "2nd and final notice" (this is the eighth time we've received this call in the past week). "To speak to a rep, press 1". I pressed 1 and was told that I would need to hold for the next available representative - and there were 22 callers ahead of me. Right!! Are these people really that dumb?

Ugh, I hate these calls. No matter if you tell them you don't have credit card debt, they keep on calling back. This annoyance lead me to put the time and effort into getting them to stop calling. Turns out a blog comment suggesting calling 866-246-7196 was quite an efficient way of stopping the calls. Just give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. They'll verify the phone number calling is on their list and then add the receiving phone number to the do not call request list.

When I saw on the Caller ID Consumer Services, I did not answer because these people change phone numbers everyday and place their phone calls. I do not have any credit cards and they have been told this over and over.
