This is a company that is a hardcore collection agency that does skip tracing. We live in a college town and this company calls every name or phone number related to whomever they are searching for. So if Joe Smith had our previous phone number or my name is Smith they will call relentlessly in an attempt to reach Joe Smith or anyone who knows where he or she is located. Regardless of the number of times you tell them you are not Joe or don't know Joe or his family and this is a new number, they just keep calling. The number can't be blocked because they are spoofing their number and it does absolutely no good to file complaints with the DNC list as collection agencies are allowed to call. Utter BS and you can't do anything about it.
