The message said they can lower my credit card interest but I don't have any credit cards so I told them that I was on a no call list and that I was going to report them and they hung up.

If my credit card amount is over $3,000.00, they will give me a lower interest rate. However, they would not tell me the name of the bank issuing the card or what type of credit card it was. Then they hung up on me.

they are not affiliated with any financial institution that issues any card I have. When asking the telemarketer to please not hang up on me, but, to remove my number he hung up immediately.
