Called and said he was a policeman (foreign accent) and that he was with the tax and oder departure and had a petition against me. Claimed they tried to send me a certified letter but it was not deliverable. We've lived here 30 years . Hard to believe they couldn't deliver it. Didn't call the # back. Spoke with Police here. Pretty sure it's a scam.
